One of the most powerful tools at our disposal the Ghanaian teacher for achieving this growth is reflective teaching. In this blog post, I will explore the importance of self-reflection and continuous improvement in teaching, and how these practices can enhance our effectiveness as educators or teachers.

Reflective teaching involves regularly examining and evaluating our teaching methods, classroom interactions, and educational outcomes.
