At GSET, we are deeply committed to empowering educators and transforming education systems through the strategic integration of digital tools and technologies. Our Digital Literacy & ICT Integration program is a comprehensive initiative designed to equip teachers, school leaders, and education administrators with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to harness the full potential of technology for delivering high-quality, inclusive learning experiences.
In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, the ability to effectively leverage information and communication technologies (ICTs) is no longer a luxury, but a fundamental requirement for 21st-century teaching and learning. However, we recognize that too many schools, particularly in underserved communities, lack the necessary infrastructure, training, and support to realize the transformative impact of technology in the classroom.
That’s why our Digital Literacy & ICT Integration program takes a multi-faceted approach to addressing this critical gap. Through a combination of intensive capacity-building workshops, personalized coaching, and collaborative peer-learning networks, we work hand-in-hand with educators to develop their digital literacy and integrate a wide range of educational technologies – from interactive whiteboards and learning management systems to coding platforms and virtual simulations.
But our commitment goes beyond just building individual skills. We also partner with school districts, ministries of education, and community stakeholders to strengthen the overall digital ecosystem, ensuring that the necessary infrastructure, policies, and support systems are in place to sustain and scale the integration of technology in teaching and learning.

The Digital Literacy & ICT Integration programme is an intervention under the Secondary Education Reform Programme of the Ministry of Education and its agencies. It equips all teachers in Senior High and Senior High Technical Schools (SHS/SHTS) across the country with the digital skills to integrate technology into their teaching.
