Senior management

Our Senior Management Team is responsible for setting the organization’s strategic direction and accountability. They develop and oversee the implementation of the organization’s plans, ensuring its overall success. They supervise and guide other staff, develop organizational objectives, manage departmental budgets, make critical decisions, and oversee overall employee performance.

Head, Programmes/Operations
Elizabeth, a dedicated communication graduate, holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations and pursues an MPhil in Strategic Communication. With extensive experience in teaching, content writing, media relations, and event organizing, she excels in communication roles. As Programmes/Project Head, she adeptly engages diverse approaches to ensure project success. Dedicated and flexible, she values high-quality work and continuous growth. Elizabeth's leadership and organizational skills drive successful communication strategies and branding initiatives. Her attention to detail, swift writing, and passion for collaboration make her a valuable asset in achieving organizational goals and maintaining brand coherence.

Richmond Maruf William

Finance Manager
Richmond Maruf Williams is a Chartered Accountant by profession with over twenty-one (21) years working experience in the field of finance and accounting, auditing and internal auditing, taxation, and administrative management in the practice areas of auditing, salt and cinema operations, mining support services, construction and NGO financial management relating to education and literacy in Ghana, Agriculture and Regional Peace and Stability.

Finance

The Finance and Operations is responsible for managing finances and resources within GSET. Their roles include overseeing the development of financial statements and budgets, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial forecasting and reports for management review, tax compliance, reconciling bank statements, and performing audits of financial transactions and analysis of financial data. The team gives strategic direction by providing guidance in developing financial plans and policies as well as measuring GSET’s performance against our objectives.

Technical Staff

GSET’s Technical Staff are responsible for the processes of getting activities completed efficiently. They perform a wide range of tasks, including administrative duties and technical support. They execute the strategic plans of the Senior Management through and with other staff by planning, organizing, leading, and being responsible with their actions. They are responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of GSET run smoothly. They help GSET achieve its goals and objectives. 

Noble Selorm Dzreh​

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Associate
Noble Selorm Dzreh, a Ghanaian educator, merges IT expertise with pedagogy, holding a Bachelor of Education in IT from the University of Cape Coast. He's a licensed teacher in Ghana with a Diploma in Mathematics/Science Education. Google Certified in IT Support, he seamlessly integrates technology into education. With three years in graphic design, he adeptly employs Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft & Google Suites to enhance educational materials. Passionate about revolutionizing education, he empowers learners and educators alike.

William Pious Akakpo​

Learning management system (LMS) administrator​
William, with over two decades in digital technologies, particularly in EdTech, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organizational management, aspires to lead as a Chief Technology Officer. His career spans multinational corporations, public and private sectors, and non-profit organizations, locally and internationally. As a strategic leader, he's overseen technological development, implementation, and management, ensuring organizational success. With comprehensive experience in information and communication technology, William aims to shape an organization's technological vision, strategies, and execution, driving impactful programs and projects to fruition.

Michael Barnor​

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer​
Michael is a very detailed person with a keen eye for innovation. He holds a Masters degree from the University of Ghana in Agricultural Administration. He has been involved in a myriad of professions ranging from working in the judiciary, sales and marketing but has spent the last 11 years in the development sector, more specifically in the field of education. Michael brings to the team a rich experience of monitoring and evaluation as well as program development and management. He is responsible for all monitoring, evaluation and learning activities at G-SET. Beyond this, Michael has good skills in photography, video production and sound engineering.

Miriam Ocloo Kwashiego​

Administrative assistant/Associate MEL Officer
Miriam Ocloo Kwashiego is the Administrative Assistant and Associate MEL Officer at the Ghana Society for Education Technology. With a background in Computer Science from Ho Technical University, Miriam is zealous about technology. She is a STEM and Data Science enthusiast. She is very passionate about empowering and inspiring young people by equipping them with essential digital skills, fostering their technological confidence, and enabling them to navigate and excel in our ever-evolving digital landscape. As a STEM education advocate, she believes in making tech accessible to everyone. Miriam also has experience in training and teaching children and young adults in areas of technology, coding and programming.

Albert Dunoo

Media & Tech Lead
Albert Dunoo, a Licensed Educator, holds a Bachelor of Education in IT from the University of Cape Coast, specializing in curriculum and instructional design, system development, networking, and database management. Certified in Python, AI, and Robotics Education by Stempedia, he champions Edtech and STEM integration in teaching. Proficient in graphic design, UI/UX, and video editing with Adobe tools, he serves as IT and Media Lead at GSET. Albert collaborates effectively, leveraging his education and tech expertise to advance the organization's mission and vision, supporting teachers and students in technology-driven learning environments.
